PROCAST provides podcast, livestream, and video-show production services. Requests submitted through this site are inquiries; a booking is confirmed only after we agree on scope, scheduling, and pricing.
Package prices shown are starting points. Final pricing and scope are confirmed in a production call or written quote. A deposit or full payment may be required to reserve studio time. Applicable taxes and fees may apply.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be provided with your booking confirmation. Sessions cancelled on short notice may be subject to a fee.
Deliverables and usage rights are described in your booking or quote. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any materials, brands, or participants featured in your production.
You agree to arrive prepared, provide accurate information, and conduct yourself professionally in the studio. You are responsible for the content you create and how it is used.
Website content, branding, and materials are owned by 360ism Studios and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Services are provided on a professional-effort basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 360ism Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
