FAQ — PROCAST by 360ism
Clear answers about booking, sessions, files, and our projector‑driven virtual backdrops.
How do I book a session or package?
Choose a package and time on our Packages & Booking page. You’ll receive an email with intake, parking, and what to bring.
Can I reschedule? What’s your cancellation policy?
Yes. You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your session with no fee. Inside 48 hours, a reschedule/cancellation fee may apply due to staffing and set prep. No‑shows forfeit the deposit.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes early. We’ll seat you, fit headphones, and do a quick sound/lighting check.
What if I’m running late?
We’ll start as soon as you arrive, but your end time may remain the same to avoid conflicts with the next session.
What happens if I go over my booked time?
Overtime is billed in 30‑minute increments if the calendar allows. We’ll check availability before extending.
Will an engineer be present for my session?
Yes. Every PROCAST includes a producer/engineer to run audio, cameras, live switching, projector visuals, and basic edits.
Do you support solo and multi‑person recordings?
Yes. We support solo hosts and roundtables up to 4 mics (host + 3 guests) with headphone monitoring for each speaker.
Can I bring my own gear?
You’re welcome to bring a laptop, drive, or specialty mic/camera. Let us know in advance so we can plan inputs/cabling.
Do you record in 4K?
Our standard live‑switch master is 1080p for speed and 24‑hour delivery. 4K per‑camera capture is available on request and may require extra setup time and storage.
What is the projector virtual set, and why is it different?
It’s a real, in‑camera backdrop that shows your logo, motion gradients, slides, or textures—no green screen. Your show looks branded on set, which speeds up delivery.
What kinds of backdrops can I choose?
Popular looks include: Logo Wall (static/animated), Motion Gradients, City/Texture Plates, Slide Decks, and Seasonal/Theme art. You can swap mid‑session if needed.
How do I prepare assets for the projector set?
Send a transparent PNG/SVG logo, brand colors (hex), and any slides as PDF or 1920×1080 PNGs. Short animated loops (10–15s MP4) also work well.
Any wardrobe or design tips with the projector?
Avoid fine pinstripes or tiny high‑contrast patterns that may shimmer on camera. We’ll balance brightness/contrast so faces stay clean and colors pop without spill.
Can I mirror my laptop or run a live demo on the backdrop?
Yes. We can take an HDMI input and use picture‑in‑picture if you want the presenter on screen with the content.
What files do I receive after the session?
Within 24 hours (standard): a live-cut MP4 master and an audio WAV/MP3. On request: isolated camera files and multitrack audio.
Need it faster? Same-day master available for $99.
How fast is delivery?
Standard: within 24 hours. Same-day master: available for $99 (drive handoff or cloud link). Clips/captions (if included) are typically delivered within 48 hours.
Do you offer post‑production editing?
Yes. Options include light color/audio polish, hard‑captioned verticals, branded openers/closers, thumbnails, mix & master, and transcripts/SRT.
Will you upload my episode to my platforms?
We can handle uploads to YouTube and your podcast host (e.g., Spotify for Podcasters), add titles, tags, and show notes, or hand off organized files if you prefer to self‑publish.
